Why every color of the sky occurs ?

The sky changes color because the atmosphere diffuses light differently depending on the position of the sun .

If a ray of sunshine , a beam of white light is passed through a glass , we see that this light suffers a breakdown and separated into lights of different colors. These colors are red , orange , yellow, green , blue , indigo and violet.
